Membership

- Only one account per user is allowed. Multiple accounts may lead to suspension and forfeiture of points.
- Using a proxy or masking your connection is not allowed and will result in account suspension.
- Account balances are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-sellable unless permitted by Senda.
- We may close accounts that violate our terms or remain inactive for 9+ months.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senda from any losses, damages, costs, legal fees, or claims arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions.
No Warranties
Senda is provided “as is” without warranties or representations.
- We do not guarantee continuous or future availability of the website.
- We do not guarantee that all content is complete, true, or accurate.

Unenforceable Provisions
